When you’re a new mom, it’s hard! You need a great team behind you. Modern day motherhood is just too isolating to do alone. So if you don’t have enough support in your family to bolster you up enough, give us a holler! We would love to back you up and make your transition into motherhood smoother and more joyful! There is no shame in needing help with your mood and anxiety ever, but especially during the perinatal period. It’s an extremely high risk time for mental health disorders in women (especially women with ADHD and bipolar disorder). Remember you’re never alone!
